- Programs Co-Chair for Event Management: Leads guest services such as registration, distribution of post-event surveys and coordination of any volunteers and other day-of event needs for both in-person and virtual events. Also works closely with the Programs Co-Chairs for Logistics and Content Development to help brainstorm topics, schedule speakers, craft marketing language, reserve venues/locations or set up virtual program access, secure catering (as needed) and execute other necessary tasks.
- Programs Co-Chair: Content Development: Work collaboratively with the other Programs Co-Chairs to brainstorm programs and events that align with ASFW’s mission and embody the theme for the year; coordinate and manage all details regarding program planning and evaluation for at least one program per month throughout the academic year; this position is specifically responsible for speaker scheduling, content planning and development of marketing language.
- Conferences Co-Chair: Coordinates and manages all conference details in collaboration with members of the relevant committee (or committees), which include, but are not limited to: reservation of venues/locations, catering and other core logistics; researching and contracting with keynote speakers and participants; drafting and providing promotional language for distribution; and guest services such as support with registration, distribution of post-conference surveys, and coordination of any volunteers and other day-of event needs.
- Secretary: The ASFW Secretary records and distributes meeting minutes, retains historical archive materials, prepares in narrative, brief, or outline form a chronological account or record of past or current events dealing with all ASFW activities.
